Sriracha Chicken Wings!


  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1T Sriracha
  • 2T olive oil
  • 1t cumin
  • 1t coriander
  • 1t lime zest
  • 1.5t kosher salt
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4c Sriracha
  • 1/4c honey
  • 1-2T lime juice
  • 1T fish sauce
  • 1T melted butter


  1. Marinate that chicken! Stir together Sriracha, zest, cumin, coriander, garlic, salt, and olive oil in a bowl. Toss the wings in there! Cover and refrigerate for between 2 and 24 hours.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, roast marinated wings for 30 minutes.
  3. Make that sauce while the wings are roasting! Just whisk together those ingredients of Sriracha, honey, lime juice, fish sauce, and butter.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
