Sriracha Chicken Wings!
Ingredients
- Chicken:
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- Marinade:
- 1T Sriracha
- 2T olive oil
- 1t cumin
- 1t coriander
- 1t lime zest
- 1.5t kosher salt
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- Sauce:
- 1/4c Sriracha
- 1/4c honey
- 1-2T lime juice
- 1T fish sauce
- 1T melted butter
Instructions
- Marinate that chicken! Stir together Sriracha, zest, cumin, coriander, garlic, salt, and olive oil in a bowl. Toss the wings in there! Cover and refrigerate for between 2 and 24 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, roast marinated wings for 30 minutes.
- Make that sauce while the wings are roasting! Just whisk together those ingredients of Sriracha, honey, lime juice, fish sauce, and butter.
- Serve and enjoy!
