Sesame Chicken


  • 1.5 lbs chicken thigh pieces
  • 1 egg
  • 2T cornstarch
  • a pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1/4c soy sauce
  • 2T water
  • 1T sesame oil
  • 1.5T brown sugar
  • 1T rice viegar
  • 1t fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1T sesame seed
  • 1/2T cornstarch


  1. Mix sauce ingredients together and set aside.
  2. Mix egg, cornstart, and salt and pepper together and toss the chicken in the mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet and cook the chicken. It's not rocket science.
  4. When chicken is cooked, pour the sauce on and let simmer for a few minutes (until the sauce thickens). Done.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
