- 12 oz generic white fish
- 1 egg
- 1/4c panko
- 1/4c crushed pistachio
- 1.5T horseradish mustard
- 1T olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1t parsley
- Lightly beat the egg and then use it to coat the fish.
- Dip fish in a mixture of all of the rest of the ingredients.
- Bake at 400F for about 13 minutes, or until done.
