Pesto Pollo Pasta Peas
- some pesto
- some chicken
- some pasta
- some peas
- Boil a big pot of water, lightly salt it, and start cooking the pasta.
- Cut up the chicken into reasonably bite-sized pieces, and then saute until done. When the chicken is nearly done, add the peas and begin sauteing them, too.
- Combine everything, add pesto, and enjoy.
Let’s be honest, here: it should be a QftGM red flag when the name of a dish is just a haphazard heap of ingredients that happen to start with the same letter. And indeed, this early attempt at at GOATmeal wouldn’t have even come close to cutting it had it made its appearance at a later date.
Hint: Try grating some parmesan cheese on top for a little extra flavor!
