Gochujang sauce


  • 4T gochujang
  • 1T water
  • 2T sesame oil
  • 1T soy sauce
  • 2T brown sugar
  • 1t rice vineagar
  • 1-2t minced garlic
  • 1 splash sesame seeds


  1. Mix everything together, and put the sauce on something (if desired)


With a little experimentation, we have hit upon a Gochujang sauce recipe we really like. A strong GOAT-sauce contender! Note that we have had good luck substituting 4T of sambal oelek for the gochujang and water.
